Marie-Claude Royer Doré

Marie-Claude Royer Doré serves as the Directrice développement organisationnel et ressources humaines at Lü since September 2020, supporting organizational effectiveness and human resource strategies. Concurrently, Marie-Claude is a Chargée de cours at Université Laval, teaching entrepreneurship and innovation courses while previously holding roles at DORÉ Conseils as a Conseillère en développement organisationnel and Formatrice, and Action-Miro Coaching as an affaires coach. Notable prior experience includes directorial leadership at Groupe Relève Québec and a strategic consultant position at Desjardins Assurance.
