Noémie Moisan

Noémie Moisan is a Deputy Vice Rector of Human Resources at Université Laval. Prior to their current position, they were the Directrice des ressources humaines at Cégep du Vieux Montréal from June 2014 to November 2018. From November 2018 to November 2020, they served as the Directrice des affaires juridiques en interim, des ressources humaines et des relations du travail at the Fédération des cégeps. From March 2006 to May 2014, they were the Avocate et coordonnatrice aux relations du travail at the Association des cadres des collèges du Québec. From August 2005 to March 2006, they worked as an Avocat-stagiaire at Bigué avocats. Prior to their career in human resources, Moisan worked as a journalist at Radio-Canada from July 2002 to August 2005.

Noémie Moisan has a background in law, journalism, and mediation. Noémie has a degree in law from Université Laval, a certificate in journalism from Université Laval, and certification as a mediator from the Barreau du Québec.
