Ghita Taoussi

Ghita TAOUSSI is a university professor at Université Privée de Marrakech since February 2022, specializing in teaching and supervising end-of-studies projects and courses in PFE Methodology and Intercultural Management. Ghita actively participates in scientific activities and serves as a jury member for defenses of final year projects in various management fields. Prior to this role, Ghita worked as a professional trainer at ForManagement and held communication management and scientific committee positions at the journal Information Systems Management & Innovation. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Manager at Renault Group, and internships in human resources at Al Omrane, Banque Populaire du Maroc, and Trésorerie Générale du Royaume. Ghita holds a Doctorate in Economy, Management, and Sustainable Development from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion d'El Jadida.
