Bernard Leveque

Bernard Leveque is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, collective intelligence, and coaching. Since founding SYSCODEV in 2009, Bernard has been instrumental in promoting integrative co-development processes within major French corporations and has trained over 200 coaches in this innovative practice. Bernard also serves as a lecturer at esteemed institutions such as Università di Corsica Pasquale Paoli, Université Paris Dauphine, and HEC Paris, focusing on the significance of relational quality in enhancing individual and collective performance. Previous roles include Director of Collective Intelligence Development at MMA Assurances and leadership positions at REFLEX Insurance and AZUR Seguros MADRID, where Bernard successfully managed significant turnarounds and strategic initiatives. Bernard holds a Master's degree in Economics and a DESS in Pedagogy, complemented by a diverse educational background.
