Hélène Mangano

Hélène Mangano is a senior research engineer and has spent her entire career in higher education. After research work on management instrumentation in universities, she joined Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg I) in 1995 successively occupying the positions of manager of the management control department, deputy director of finance, administrative manager of the department recovery activities, and administrative manager of the Faculty of Chemistry. In 2009, she became Finance Director of the University of Strasbourg and supported the development of the newly merged university. In 2017, she joined Université PSL as Deputy Director General of Services and contributes to the definition and implementation of the establishment's strategy.
