Laurent Martin

Laurent Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational development. Currently serving as an entrepreneur at Mosaic Shifter since September 2024, Laurent focuses on facilitating transformative shifts in business success. As a professor at Université Paris Dauphine since May 2016, Laurent specializes in teaching soft skills for project managers through the lens of neuroscience. Previously, Laurent held significant roles at Société Générale, including Responsable People&Change in the financial direction and Deputy Head of Collaborative and Learning Experience at SGCIB, where efforts were concentrated on upskilling IT personnel and fostering a collaborative culture. Laurent's early career included various positions at Société Générale and BNP Paribas, contributing to a solid foundation in IT and project support. Laurent holds an engineering degree in computer technology from EISTI and a Master's degree in applied physics from Université de Bordeaux.
