Sophie Schiller

Sophie Schiller currently serves as a member of the sanctions commission at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France since September 2016 and has been a professor of private law at Université Paris-Dauphine since May 2010. Schiller teaches courses on vigilance duties, anti-corruption measures, shareholders' agreements, corporate law, and advanced business contract law. As an independent attorney since 1994, Schiller also has previous academic experience as a professor at Université Lille 2 and an affiliated professor at Groupe HEC, where administrative and pedagogical responsibilities included leading the private law department and overseeing the international tax and legal strategy major. With a DEA in private law from Université Paris 2, Schiller has built a distinguished career in academia and legal practice.
