Sricharan Veeturi

Sricharan Veeturi is a Postdoctoral Associate at the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery since February 2023, previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Canon Stroke and Vascular Research Center from August 2018 to January 2023, focusing on aneurysm wall enhancement as an imaging biomarker for aneurysm risk stratification. Earlier experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer I at RGD Consulting Engineers and multiple positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Canon Stroke and Vascular Research Center, where tasks involved 3D image segmentation and CFD simulations for cerebral aneurysms. Sricharan also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo and as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to CFD modeling projects for General Motors. Sricharan holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and Siddaganga Institute of Technology, respectively.
