Cathy has held this role at University Bank since March 2009 and previously at Peoples State Bank from October 2001 to July 2008. Cathy holds a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University, obtained in 1998, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Education from the same institution, earned in 1987.
