Anthony Dyson

Anthony Dyson is a Digital Transformation Specialist at University Children's Hospital Basel since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dyson served as CIO at Medgate AG from February 2002 to January 2023 and held the position of Technical Project Lead for the IST-MOEBIUS project at University Hospital Basel from April 2000 to January 2002, which involved the development of a mobile extranet platform. Earlier experience includes work as a Software Developer and Systems Administrator at TMR AG and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Physical Chemistry at the University of Basel. Dyson began the academic career as an Associate Lecturer in Mathematics and Computing at Avondale College of Higher Education in 1991. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Newcastle, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Avondale College.
