Sarah Emmi, CAM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and marketing within the property management sector. Currently serving as the Strategy & Executive Operations Director at University City Housing since August 2019, Sarah previously held key positions such as Operations Support Manager at Alterra Property Group, LLC and Director of Operational Training at Balfour Beatty Communities. Sarah also brings experience as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Devon-Wayne and has worked in various roles in residential property management and marketing. Educationally, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
