Kristen Fitch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kristen began their career in 2003 as a Studio Assistant at Sere Ltd, where they gained valuable experience in the art industry. In 2005, they joined the University City Science Center as an Executive Assistant before transitioning to the University City Keystone Innovation Zone as a Coordinator. In this role, Kristen was responsible for supporting the growth of life science and IT startups through partnerships and funding programs. Kristen also played a vital role in promoting and educating companies on the KIZ Tax Credit program. Kristen returned to the University City Science Center in 2009 and held various marketing and development positions, including Development Manager and Senior Director of Marketing. In their most recent role as Senior Director of Marketing, they led the communications, marketing efforts, and media relations for the Science Center and uCity Square, collaborating with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and government officials to enhance visibility and forge alliances. Kristen's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, community development, and supporting startup ecosystems.
Kristen Fitch has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Penn State University, which they completed between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, they attended The Wharton School for the Working Professionals Certificate Program in Marketing from 2009 to 2010.
