Selena Lopez McKenzie currently serves as a Program Manager and Experience Designer at Venture Café Philadelphia, where innovation and community engagement take center stage in high-impact programming. In this role, Selena leads user-centric educational initiatives and operational workflows to enhance program efficiency and user experience. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Academic Advisor at Drexel University, where admission processes were streamlined and student engagement was significantly improved for over 150 students quarterly. Selena's earlier roles encompass positions at Drexel University Online as an Enrollment Counselor and the University of Pennsylvania as an Early Childhood Lead Teacher, where notable advancements in health and safety metrics were achieved. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Community College of Philadelphia.
