Courtney Knop Love has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and healthcare administration. Courtney started their career as an HR Coordinator at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in 2006. Courtney then joined UT Medical Group, Inc. in 2007 and held various roles including HR Generalist, HR Manager, and finally HR Director from 2007 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at University Clinical Health, where they initially served as the Executive Director of Operations from May 2016 to December 2017. Courtney then became the Executive Director of Strategy and Performance Management from January 2018 to August 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Administrative Officer & VP of Organizational Effectiveness at University Clinical Health.
Courtney Knop Love completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Mississippi State University in 2006. Courtney then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Executive MBA and Leadership in Healthcare from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2019 to 2020.
