Ashley Millar, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Catering Sales Manager at the University Club of Chicago since September 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of Catering at Saddle & Cycle Club from May 2018 to September 2023 and had roles at Meeting Tomorrow as Event Manager and Element Collective as Senior Event Sales Manager. Ashley's extensive experience includes managing large-scale events with significant revenue, maintaining client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
