Justin Lee

Justin Lee has extensive experience in contract administration and procurement. Justin currently serves as the Lead Contracts Administrator at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research since November 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Contract Administrator II at UCAR from October 2015 to November 2021, and a Contract Administrator from October 2013 to October 2015.

Before joining UCAR, Justin worked as a Procurement Specialist II at SDSE, where they supported the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy programs at the Golden Field Office (GFO) from December 2010 to April 2013. Justin also has experience as a Procurement Specialist at Navarro Research and Engineering, where they supported the DOE EERE programs at the Golden Field Office from August 2009 to December 2010.

Justin Lee completed their high school education at Williamsport High School from 1999 to 2003. Justin then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, graduating between 2004 and 2009. Justin further advanced their education by earning a Master's Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from The George Washington University School of Business, attending from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Master's Certificate in Contracting from The George Washington University. The dates of obtaining this certification are not available.
