Crystal Palomino

Crystal Palomino has over 15 years of experience in various roles at UFCU, progressing from Financial Service Representative to Internal Communications Program Manager. In the role of Learning & Development Specialist II, Crystal utilized adult learning principles to conduct needs analysis and determine training requirements. As the steward for the New Employee Orientation program, Crystal collaborated with Human Resources to ensure a positive introduction to the organization for new hires, facilitating essential training for various positions. Previous experience includes positions as a Legal Assistant, Office Assistant, and Interim Receptionist, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward's University.
