Rebecca Sylvester has over 35 years of experience in communications and brand growth, currently serving as the Director of Community and Brand Growth at Piedmont Augusta since March 2022. Previously held roles include Director of Corporate Communications and Communications Manager at University Health Care System from 1992 to 2022, with earlier experience as a Staff Writer at The Augusta Chronicle. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Southern Utah University, a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Academy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
