Craig Pickett

Craig Pickett, Jr., PhD, currently serves as the Director of Workplace Culture and Early Career Development at UT Medical Center, where responsibilities include developing pipeline programs and evaluating employee resource groups. Previously, Craig worked as a DEI Organizational Consultant for the Alliance for Better Nonprofits and served as the Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. Craig's extensive background in higher education includes leadership roles focused on student affairs and diversity initiatives at institutions such as UNC Greensboro, the University of Pittsburgh, and Davidson College. Craig holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Master's in Student Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Davidson College.
