Roger Goforth

Roger "Rod" Goforth currently serves as the Assistant Director of Facilities Management at University Health, overseeing facility maintenance and project support for numerous ambulatory and dialysis clinics across the San Antonio Metro Area. Previous experience includes roles as Facility Maintenance Supervisor for The GEO Group, Inc., and Director of Plant Operations at Kindred Healthcare, managing multiple medical centers and ensuring regulatory compliance. Goforth also held the position of Facility Team Manager at JLL, where responsibility encompassed the management of healthcare facilities across various Texas cities. Earlier in the career, Goforth worked as Facilities Coordinator at Baptist Health System and as Operations Supervisor and Field Operations Technician at Time Warner Cable, gaining extensive expertise in operations, maintenance, and customer relations. Goforth began professional experience in electrical installation and repair at Bexar Electric Co. and holds an educational background from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
