Brad Howlett

Brad Howlett, CFM, is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in overseeing large operations and managing significant budgets. Since March 2018, Brad has served as the owner of Elkhorn Inspections LLC. Concurrently, since January 2015, Brad has been self-employed as the Assistant Director of Facilities Management, responsible for capital renewal planning and managing a team of up to 68 employees with an operational budget of up to $9 million across 1,130,000 square feet of facilities. Previous roles include Corporate Services Manager at Morgan Stanley, Treasurer for the IFMA Northern Rockies Chapter, and Facilities Manager for various organizations, including the City of Ontario, Oregon. Brad holds the Certified Facility Manager designation and has completed multiple education programs in facilities planning and management.
