Carolyn Senger

Carolyn S. serves as the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Stanford Medicine Partners since June 2025. Previously, Carolyn held the position of National Medical Director at Crossover Health from May 2020 to June 2025, overseeing a national executive team and managing significant accounts while leading a diverse team of over 500 professionals. Carolyn was instrumental in establishing health benefit programs for Crossover Health employees and directed strategic initiatives as Regional Medical Director for the Bay Area. Carolyn completed the CHCF Health Care Leadership Program and has extensive research experience in cancer prevention and control from roles at UC San Diego Health System and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Carolyn holds an M.D. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, an MPH from San Diego State University, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan.
