Abdul Moeed

Abdul Moeed is a highly skilled Postdoctoral Scientist at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg since December 2020, focusing on caspase-activated DNAse dependent organ-specific immunity during homeostasis and disease. Previously, Abdul Moeed served as a PhD Researcher at the Technical University of Munich from April 2016 to October 2020, where research centered on immunological challenges in chronic viral infections and the immunomodulation of therapeutic vaccination. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Visiting Researcher at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research and roles in veterinary and monitoring sectors in Pakistan. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Experimental Medicine from the Technical University of Munich, an MPhil in related fields from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, and a DVM degree from the same institution.
