Dhairya Rajguru

Dhairya Rajguru is a PHD Researcher at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg, focused on understanding virus-induced cell death mechanisms, specifically looking into Herpes simplex virus -1. Prior to this, as a Research Fellow at University Medical Hospital, Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg, they worked on various research projects. Dhairya also founded The SciComm Synapse, a science communication platform. With a background in Molecular Medicine from The University of Freiburg, they have also completed a Master's thesis in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Indian Institute of Science and an Integrated M.Sc in Cell and Molecular Biology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
