Jagriti Pal

Jagriti Pal, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher Scientist at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg since July 2019, focusing on the molecular determinants of non-small cell lung cancer cell migration, regulatory mechanisms of proteins with non-canonical mutations in cancer, and gene translation regulation. Prior to this role, Jagriti Pal worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics from October 2018 to April 2019, and as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from August 2011 to September 2018. Jagriti Pal obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Oncology and Cancer Biology from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in March 2017, a Master of Science (MSc) in Biophysics and Molecular Biology from Calcutta University in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata in 2009. Education was completed at Gokhale Memorial Girls' School with a focus on science.
