Paul Jackels

Paul Jackels is an experienced project manager currently coordinating scientific projects and events at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg since February 2016. Previously, Paul served as Manager of Partnership Agreements at the same institution, focusing on initiating and negotiating cooperation agreements with healthcare providers, managing contract performance, and identifying business development opportunities. Paul has a background in emergency medical services, having worked as a paramedic and ambulance officer with Deutsches Rotes Kreuz from 2006 to 2008, where skills in high-pressure situations and teamwork were developed. Paul holds a master's degree in economics from The University of Freiburg and completed vocational training as a paramedic.
