Kipum Lee

Kipum Lee, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Innovation and Vice President of UH Ventures at University Hospitals, where a focus is on innovation initiatives and enhancing user experiences in healthcare. With a robust academic background as an Assistant Professor of Design & Innovation at Case Western Reserve University and a primary faculty appointment in the School of Medicine, Kipum Lee contributes significantly to product innovation and human-centered design. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Microbac Laboratories and Marriott International, where contributions to digital product development resulted in substantial revenue growth. Kipum Lee holds a PhD from the Weatherhead School of Management, along with degrees in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
