Tiffany Hatcher has over 18 years of experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as Marketing Manager at University Hospitals since July 2005. In this role, Tiffany develops and optimizes marketing strategies for the Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute and the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Tiffany has successfully led significant projects, including the marketing plan for UH Ahuja Medical Center, which involved coordinating all phases of the hospital's launch. Previously, Tiffany held positions as Senior Marketing Strategist and Consumer Insight Associate, providing marketing leadership and conducting consumer research. Tiffany's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from John Carroll University, where Tiffany also served as the first Graduate Assistant in the Campus Counseling Center.
