Jochen Vogt

Jochen Vogt, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at University Instructors, a key provider of specialized outsourced instructional services to K–12 institutions, since May 2025. Prior to this, Jochen held the CFO position at Groome Transportation from June 2019 to May 2025, overseeing the company's rapid growth across 16 states. Jochen also served as CFO at Contec Holdings from April 2013 to June 2019, handling financial strategies in a complex operational environment. Concurrently, from November 2015 to December 2017, Jochen was CFO of Speed Commerce Operating Company, which shared the same private equity sponsor.
