Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as a Senior Loan Officer at Cole Taylor Bank from January 2009 to July 2011 and held the position of Vice President of Operations at Money Source Financial Services from June 1996 to January 2009, showcasing a strong foundation in both operations and loan management.
