Stevie Mitchell

Stevie Mitchell is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Freedom Bank of Virginia since November 2022. Prior to this role, Stevie held multiple leadership positions at Forbright Bank, including Chief Mortgage Officer and VP, Sales Manager, Senior Loan Officer. Stevie's experience also includes a significant tenure as a Senior Loan Officer at Old Dominion National Bank and North State Bank, as well as leadership at Freedom Bank Mortgage. Stevie began the career in mortgage lending at Virginia Heritage Bank Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Officer, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Additionally, Stevie served as a Town Council Member for the Town of Herndon from 2014 to 2016.
