Brandi Borden is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Trauma Intensive Care Nurse and Co-Chair of the Trauma ICU Shared Governance Committee at University Medical Center New Orleans since August 2019. Borden has held leadership roles including Director of Transition to Practice at Northshore District Nurses Association, Secretary of the Louisiana State Nurses Association, and President of both the National Student Nurses' Association and the Charity School of Nursing - Student Nurses Association. Borden also served as Parliamentarian for the Louisiana Association of Student Nurses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing.
