Matt Tinsley has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt currently serves as a Board Member at Lubbock Children's Health Clinic. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at UMC Physicians, where they were responsible for overseeing the overall clinical and business operations of the medical group. Previously, they worked as a Practice Administrator at SWAT Surgical Associates, LLP, where they managed the operations of a General Surgery and Bariatric Surgery group. Matt also co-owned and managed South Plains Healthcare Consulting, where they provided consulting services to various medical practices and organizations. Before that, they served as the Practice Administrator at Lubbock Surgical Associates. Matt has also held positions at FirstCare, Grace Clinic, Southwest Medical Independent Physicians Association, and Texas Workforce Commission, gaining experience in fields such as field operations, business operations, healthcare consulting, provider relations, and tax auditing.
