Kamilah Frison

Kamilah Frison, MSM, currently serves as the Executive Director and Lead Career Coach at Twisted Root Coaching since March 2022. With extensive experience at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Kamilah has held multiple roles including Director of Administration and Fiscal Affairs and Financial Officer III for Oncology Clinical Trials, where responsibilities included financial oversight for a multi-million dollar academic research program and budget development for clinical trials. Prior experience at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro involved providing administrative support and technical assistance to faculty in proposal development and financial management. Kamilah holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, complemented by a recent certification from the GROW Program in Entrepreneurship.
