Kelly Jackson

Kelly Jackson, MSHRM, MSADE, currently serves as a Grants Research Analyst at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since March 2022. In addition to this role, Kelly has been a Media Specialist at Pleasant Grove Church of God since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing weekly sermon projections. Previous experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher from August 2018 to March 2022, and as a Lead Instructor/Registrar at Fortis Institute from June 2011 to September 2013, focusing on student and faculty satisfaction and data management. Kelly's background also includes a significant role as a Human Resources Generalist at a Social Service Agency from May 2004 to May 2011, where compliance and employee training were key responsibilities. Kelly holds two master's degrees, one in Adult Education and another in Human Resources Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
