Carmen Norris

Carmen Norris is a Senior Service Designer at the University of Alberta, where the focus is on enhancing experiences for a diverse group of staff and students through human-centered design principles. With a robust background as a Business Analyst, expertise includes business process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and project management.
