Daniel Moreno de Luca

Daniel Moreno De Luca, MD MSc, currently serves as Associate Professor at the University of Alberta, Attending Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist at Alberta Health Services, and CASA Research Chair at CASA Mental Health, all positions held since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Professor at Brown University and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow, alongside attending psychiatrist duties at Bradley Hospital from July 2016 to February 2023. Daniel completed residency training in Psychiatry at Yale University and a Neurogenetics Postdoctoral Fellowship at Emory University. Education credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Industrial de Santander, a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and a Fellowship in Bioethics from Harvard Medical School. Research expertise focuses on genetic abnormalities in neuropsychiatric disorders.
