José Luis Gascó Gascó

José Luis Gascó Gascó is a distinguished academic currently serving as Catedrático de Organización de Empresas at the University of Alicante since 1995, where José Luis also directs several postgraduate and executive programs, including Master's degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management. Gascó Gascó coordinates the SIRHO research group, focusing on the management of Information Systems and Human Resources in organizations since 1989. Additionally, Gascó Gascó holds leadership positions such as Director of the University Institute of Tourist Research and Deputy Director of the Prosegur-UA Chair, which emphasizes talent management in organizations. Since January 2020, Gascó Gascó has been the Academic Director at the Data Strategy Institute and has been involved with El Club de las Buenas Decisiones since April 2016, promoting proactive decision-making in the business world. Gascó Gascó earned a Doctorate in Organization of Companies in 1992 and a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from Universitat d'Alacant between 1982 and 1987.
