Jennifer Silva

Jennifer Silva is currently a Junior Project Manager at the Diversity Office of the University of Amsterdam, where responsibilities include researching Diversity and Inclusion policies, supporting policy integration, streamlining administrative processes, and providing translation services. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Assistant at the Port of Rotterdam, where project management skills were enhanced through organizing large business events. Jennifer has also worked as a Legal Practitioner at Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven, managing cases and conducting analyses for government compensation eligibility, and as a Legal Assistant at Stichting Achmea rechtsbijstand, evaluating client interests. Early career involvement includes a legal internship at Agayev Immigration Law Firm B.V., focusing on EU migration law and drafting legal documents, along with experience as a Retail Salesworker at Bruna. Jennifer holds a Pre-master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
