Eleonore Juliane Treu

Eleonore Juliane Treu has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Legal & Director of the ICC Austria Trade Finance Week since August 2011. Treu is also an expert advisor for the World of Open Account, a peer-to-peer community aimed at fostering industry dialogue and innovation since October 2018. Within the ICC Banking Commission since March 2014, Treu holds multiple roles, including member of the Task Force on Bank Guarantees, member of the Digitalization Working Group, and member of the Legal Committee. Additionally, Treu has been a lecturer and graduate teaching assistant at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt since November 2007, focusing on the English-speaking Business Consultancy International program. Treu's academic background includes a German Law Degree from Leipzig University, completion of a Summer School on legal issues of globalization at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and the Zweites Staatsexamen at OLG Dresden. Prior academic experience includes serving as a graduate research assistant at Leipzig University from 2004 to 2006.
