Franz Kuehmayer

Franz Kuehmayer, CSE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both corporate leadership and academia. As the Founder and CEO of REFLECTIONS Research & Consulting since August 2007, Franz has led initiatives in trend research at Zukunftsinstitut GmbH since March 2010. Additionally, Franz serves as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and Ferdinand Porsche FernFH, while also acting as Managing Partner at KSPM Managementberatung since 2011. Prior to these roles, Franz held multiple key positions at Microsoft from 1997 to 2007, including Chief Operating Officer and Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Educational credentials include advanced studies in Leadership Development from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Certified Supervisory Expert from INCITE Akademie der Österreichischen Wirtschaftskammer, along with various other educational pursuits at notable institutions.
