Gerald Seidler

Gerald Seidler has extensive experience in human resources and IT project management, currently serving as the Head of HR Digital Competence Center at NOVOMATIC since June 2012, leading the digital HR transformation efforts utilizing SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. Additionally, Gerald holds lecturer positions at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and FH Burgenland, contributing to academic programs since September 2019 and February 2016, respectively. Previous roles include Teamlead HR/ORG Applications and various ERP-related positions at QSC Quality Software & Consulting GmbH & Co KG, along with IT administration at Billa DL GmbH. Gerald has advanced academic qualifications, including a PhD in International Economics and an MSc in Business Process Engineering & Management from FH Burgenland, as well as a background in software and information engineering from Technische Universität Wien.
