John R. Talburt

John R. Talburt has extensive experience in the field of information quality and data governance. Currently serving as Coordinator for the Information Quality Graduate Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since 2005, John also holds the position of Faculty Research Associate at the Institute for Chief Data Officers and is the Acxiom Chair of Information Quality. In addition, John is the Executive Director of the UALR Research Center for Entity Resolution and Information Quality. As a Lead Consultant for Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Strategy at Noetic Partners since December 2018, John contributes significant expertise to the industry. Previously, John held roles such as Chief Scientist at Black Oak Analytics and Business Unit Leader at Acxiom Corporation. John R. Talburt earned a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, completing the degree between 1967 and 1971.
