Cary Stockdell

Cary Stockdell, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Advisor at the University of Arkansas and as a Senior Advisor at Boyden, both since 2023. As CEO of Stockdell Stringer since February 2015, Cary leads a boutique executive search and HR consulting firm that specializes in global manufacturing, technology, and energy. Previous experience includes Director of Organizational Development at Swift Energy Company, where Cary focused on executive coaching and cultural assessments, and Vice President and Executive Consultant at Kerr McGee North Sea Limited, executing a significant culture change project in Scotland. Cary's early career included leadership roles at Link Staffing Services and PepsiCo, demonstrating a strong background in HR program development and training. Cary holds a BA in English from the University of Arkansas.
