Jessica Goldstein Holmes

Jessica Goldstein Holmes is a PhD candidate in Education Policy at the University of Arkansas, focusing on predictors of student success in higher education, school finance, and career and technical education. With extensive experience in education, Jessica has held various roles including Postsecondary CTE Research Fellow at the ECMC Foundation, Education Consultant, and Onboarding Coordinator for Teach For America. Additional expertise includes serving as Lead Science Teacher and School Designer at the Denver School of Innovation & Sustainable Design, where Jessica contributed to establishing a competency-based high school. Jessica's diverse background also encompasses curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and assessment design across several prestigious institutions, including KIPP Bay Area Schools and Cornell University. Educational credentials include a forthcoming PhD from the University of Arkansas, a Master's degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Agriculture & Rural Development from Cornell University.
