Dr. Qusai Al Debyan is an experienced academic currently serving as an Associate Professor of English Literature at the University of Bahrain since 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Al Debyan was an Associate Professor at the Hashemite University from February 2008 to 2020, specializing in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies, with a focus on literature, literary theory and criticism, and cultural studies. Dr. Al Debyan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies from the University of Arkansas (2002-2009), a Master's degree in Translation from Yarmouk University (1994-2001), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Yarmouk University (1990-1994).
