Daniel Holmes

Daniel Holmes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and architectural services. Currently serving as a Community Governor at Holly Grove Primary Academy since April 2024, Daniel represents community interests within the school's governing body. With a long tenure at the University of Birmingham starting in February 2012, Daniel holds the position of Senior Project Manager, overseeing stakeholder communication, project management, and consultant appointments. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Surveyor and Project Surveyor at Archial NORR, where Daniel contributed to a variety of projects in both public and private sectors. Earlier work as a Designer at Bovis Homes involved managing residential planning applications from conception to completion. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from De Montfort University in 2009.
