Emily Dixon

Emily Dixon is a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator at the Cancer Research Clinical Trials Unit at the University of Birmingham, part of the Accelerated Stem Cell Transplant Trials (ASCENT) team since February 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Trial Manager and a Data Manager within the Birmingham Clinical Trials Unit, overseeing phase 3 clinical trials and ensuring data accuracy for Women's Health studies. Emily also served as a Scientific Editor for Cactus Communications, providing high-level editing for academic writing, and held positions as a Business Support Assistant and a Note Taker/Transcript Facilitator. Emily holds an MSci in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology at the same institution.
