Steve Allmark

Steve Allmark has extensive experience in marketing and recruitment within the higher education sector, currently serving as the Head of Postgraduate Recruitment and Marketing at the University of Birmingham since January 2006. In this role, Steve has led successful student recruitment campaigns and collaborated with the senior management team to drive initiatives. Previously, Steve held the position of International Recruitment and Marketing Officer at the same university. In addition, Steve is an Advisory Board Member at FindAUniversity, a Board Member for the CIM HE & FE Group, and serves as Company Secretary and Company Director for the Higher Education External Relations Association, where responsibilities include managing public relations and marketing strategies. Steve's earlier experience includes a role as Marketing, Events & Funding Officer at the University of Wolverhampton and as an Administrative Officer at OCR. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham and multiple marketing qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
