Tobiloba Osogbiye

Tobiloba Osogbiye, also known as Toby Grey, is a versatile professional with a diverse background in music and youth advocacy. As a Student Experience & Engagement Officer at the University of Birmingham and a Founder of Skill Up Scale Up, Tobiloba actively promotes engagement and empowerment for children and young people. With notable experience as a professional singer-songwriter in the Afro soul genre and a strong track record in public affairs, Tobiloba has held leadership roles such as Co-Chair at Young Africa Centre and Vice Chair of the Democratic Procedures Committee for the National Union of Students (UK). An advocate for diversity, Tobiloba has successfully implemented policies to enhance engagement among BAME students and improve the overall student experience. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language from the University of Lagos.
